You can be Sued if you don't pay

Section 19 of The Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 states that:

"....Any member who may be in arrears of a subscription which according to the rules of the Society, he is bound to pay, is liable to be sued as 'Stranger' by the Society....."

How very interesting!
